Close call at Carrick

The 1st XV ground out a 32-30 bonus point win to make it five wins on the bounce. The Stags started strongly and were three tries and 22-10 up at half time. But as the weather and conditions underfoot deteriorated, Carrick fought their way back to make it a nervy finish for Grosvenor's supporters. A Ben Johnston try secured the bonus point and MoM was Taylor Pollock who put in another all action performance.
